Chi non ama i Baiocchi?!

Tra tutti i biscotti confezionati i Baiocchi sono certamente tra i miei preferiti e a giudicare da queste foto direi che anche alla mia nipotina piacciono parecchio! 

Personalmente li mangio aprendoli a metà, mangiando prima il lato senza crema e lasciando per ultima la parte più buona. 

La tecnica di mia nipote non è altrettanto collaudata, ma il risultato finale è certamente....ehm.. SCENICO!

Who doesn't love chocolate cookies?! Among all the commercial cookies, Baiocchi ones are my favorate. They are the opposite of Oreo: white cookie with chocolate cream. I love to divide the sides and eat the one with the cream for last. My niece's technique isn't as advenced as mine, the results is certaintly more scenic though! If you don't belive me, look at the pictures below!
